The French Guards – 20cm – D

Wooden & Hand-Painted

Bring a touch of European elegance, traditional charm and festive magic to your Christmas decorating with our beautiful French Guards – 20cm.

Inspired by the grandeur and pageantry of traditional French Royal Guards, The French Guard – D is a distinguished Christmas character dressed in a magnificent green and red coat, crisp white pants and classic black boots.

A beautiful gold crown adds a regal finishing touch, while the silver sword held proudly in his hand completes his ceremonial look and gives this charming Nutcracker plenty of personality.

Standing 20cm tall, each French Guard is crafted from real wood, individually hand-painted and beautifully decorated. From the rich colours of his uniform to the carefully finished details, this wonderful Nutcracker is designed to become a treasured part of your Christmas collection.

The French Guard – D is part of our collectible four-piece French Guards range, featuring coordinating designs A, B, C and D. Choose your favourite and display him individually, or collect French Guards A, B, C and D to create the complete set.

Styled together, the four coordinating Guards create a magnificent miniature Christmas display filled with colour, character and old-world charm. Their versatile 20cm size makes them perfect for styling on a mantelpiece, console table, sideboard, bookshelf or Christmas table, nestled amongst festive garlands and greenery or positioned beneath your Christmas tree.

The traditional combination of green, red, white and black, finished with beautiful metallic accents, works wonderfully with Classic and Traditional Christmas themes and coordinates effortlessly with other Nutcrackers, Christmas Soldiers and treasured festive decorations.
