No returns will be considered until we have been contacted on our form below
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 7 days of delivery for exchange or full refund following rules are applicable
- No change-of-mind refunds on sale items.
- SALE items returns will receive store credit or exchange
- No returns will be approved unless a photo is supplied of sealed box before returning
- A restocking fee of $19.50 is applicable to all orders over $150
Return request for upgrade or downgrade of tree sizes will be charged a new shipping as per what was originally charged. cost
Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all parts, accessories and packaging.
Items returned in unsaleable condition will be returned to buyer at their expense
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
On all returns and exchanges please note the reason for the return and include the original receipt with your return.
Please make a copy of the receipt and any packing list or shipping certificate to keep for your records.
