If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 7 days of delivery for exchange or full refund following rules are applicable
- No change-of-mind refunds on sale items.
- No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after the 25th December from year of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all parts, accessories and packaging.
We will gladly offer our courier service for return shipping.
- Additional cost of using our courier service is $25 per package over 100cm in length
- $15 per carton under 100cm in length on any side
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

- On all returns and exchanges please note the reason for the return and include the original receipt with your return.
Please make a copy of the receipt and any packing list or shipping certificate to keep for your records.
